Residential rat problem in Swindon solved.
We were called to a property in Swindon which has been experiencing issues with rats. We inspected the sewer pipes which ran under a newly laid floor. During the camera inspection we found a cracking in the pipes which was allowing access to the cavity wall. We have now fitted a non return valve ratflap from http://www.sewerstore.co.uk And https://drainratflap.com to prevent access and we are due to go back and repair the pipe which unfortunately will require lifting of the new floor.
